Lost at the Pride Parade

So I was walking behind some guy wearing pink spandex pants with butterflies on them and pink fairy wings (no shirt of course), when it hit me how much the pride parade is like an anime convention.

Similarities:
People wearing silly costumes
People walking around in their underwear
Men in drag
Inappropriate behavior

Differences:
The people wearing underwear were adult men instead of teenage girls
Anime cons probably have more inappropriate behavior
No anime at the parade

Finally, I'd like to apologize if I offended anybody. Nobody wants to be compared to anime fans.
